We ship our packages using FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. At times (specifically on Friday and Saturday), we may hold a package until Monday to prevent it from sitting at a storage facility over the weekend.
- Ground Advantage™ takes approximately 3-6 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)
- FedEx Ground takes approximately 1-5 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
- FedEx Express takes 1-2 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
APO/FPO: We will ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), but USPS cannot guarantee a specific arrival date; hence, they are not guaranteed against melting. When shipping to military addresses, we recommend non-chocolate items.
We only ship with ice on Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Please provide a valid shipping address where the order can be received. Packages containing chocolate may melt in warm weather if left outside for even a short time.
Incorrect addresses may delay delivery, and your order may incur additional charges for address correction or forwarding.
